Shipping Policy
UK SHIPPING COSTS
We use DHL to ship all of our orders with 1-3 days delivery.
UK Mainland delivery charges
£6.95 for orders up to 30Kg.
£13.90 for orders over 30kg and up to 60kg.
Free delivery for orders £100 and over.
Heavy Item delivery charge for items such as growing media, selected box fans, Grow Tents and 20L nutrients A+B. Surcharge will be added at checkout regardless of order value.
UK SHIPPING TIMES
Orders we receive before 1PM will be dispatched the same day. Any order received later than 1PM, we will do our very best to get your order out on the same day. But, if we are unable to, then we will send it out the next day.
Other parts of the UK will take 2-3 days for delivery.
Dispatch times are always subject to stock availability.

Missed Deliveries / Return to Sender
Should your parcel be returned to us due to non-collection, absence at delivery, or lack of response to the courier, please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Additionally, a return-to-sender charge will apply. Subsequently, we will either resend your order—with all associated shipping costs to be borne by you—or offer you a refund, minus all courier expenses plus the original shipping cost.
We kindly urge you to monitor your shipment and ensure it is received or promptly collected to avoid avoidable shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not deliver to anyone outside of the UK, unfortunately.
SURCHARGES
The majority of postcodes can be served by next working day and at the cost advised at checkout. The following list of regions may attract surcharges in addition to the standard shipping cost. All Northern Ireland surcharges will be added at checkout. Any Customs & Duty will be paid by the customer. We will contact you after receiving your order to advise of additional shipping costs for The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and some Isles. Alternatively, please contact before ordering for an accurate shipping quote.

What happens if I don’t pay my Customs and Duties?
If you do not agree to pay the and/or duties requested by our courier, your parcel will be held and destroyed. Customs and Duties are to be paid by yourself, the recipient, and we are under no obligation to issue you with a refund if this amount is not paid. If you would like an estimate as to what these costs may be, please contact your local customs office directly.
