I’ve bought something from you & I need to return it. What do I do?

We want all of our customers be happy with the products they buy from us, but if you need to return something, please call us @ 01268 525805 & we’ll let you know what you need to do.

How long have I got to return something to you?

You’ve got 30 days from the date on your receipt or invoice. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange after this 30 day period. Items to be exchanged must be unused & their original packaging.

You can physically return your item to us at the shop during business hours (please remember to bring your receipt/proof of purchase with you). You can post your return item to us at the shop, please note that you’re responsible for shipping/insurance costs associated with returning your item to us. If you’re shipping an item to us that’s worth in excess of £50, we’d recommend you insure it, as we cannot guarantee deliveries coming into the shop.

Items purchased from us can only be returned for 30 days from your receipt date. Returns can only be accepted if your item is still in an as new condition & in its original packaging. We’ll require your receipt or proof of purchase to process your return. Once we’ve inspected & processed your return, we’ll credit your credit/debit card/original payment method.
