The Osram Plantastar 600W was specifically designed for horticultural use & has the highest PAR rating (PAR= amount of usable light available to the plant) of any bulb on the market. The Osram Plantastar 600W also produces 30% more blue light than a standard HPS bulb.
Please note that this bulb is designed for 400V fixtures & should not be connected to 240V systems. There is a 240V version of this lamp & you can view & buy it from us here.
